MANCHESTER OR NEAR:

Life Centre North – Deansgate – City centre – The Life Centre North offer GREAT hot yoga!! (and non hot too + workshops).   It’s an excellent, dedicated yoga studio with lovely facilities, showers and staff – even the once die-hard Bikrammers like me have got into it 🙂 The Hot60 class is a good choice for those who have not done a classic hot yoga class before and many of the postures will be familiar.

Very professional and well-run studio – fab teachers. Workshops and beginner courses (for those who fancy learning the classic postures) available too. Just by Deansgate Tram stop right in the centre of Manchester City centre. Showers & changing rooms & juice? YES!

 
YogaSoul – Manchester City centre – Northern Quarter
NEW – launched this year 2019 – this is a wonderful hot (and regular non-hot) yoga studio set up by two local yogis and it is based right in the heart of the city in the trendy NQ – Northern Quarter district. The teaching is excellent and the facilities great – beautiful design touches and lovely ambience. 
There is a special new member joining deal – £30 for 30 days – give it a go!
 

Hot Lotus Yoga and Health Hub – STOCKPORT 

For those who need a 26&2 (aka Bikram) fix we now have a fantastic option in the region – Hot Lotus in Stockport has moved to new premises at Pear Mill and its owner Heidi has opened up a fab studio offering not only 26:2, but lots of other classes including Hot Inferno Pilates, as well as a host of holistic health services too.

Great facilities – showers, lounge and free parking – note: this studio is NOT in the city centre of Manchester but you can travel by car (30 mins from city centre). If you live in Stockport, Cheshire or sth Manchester it’s a great option and the studio and teachers are all A class 🙂 More info go to http://hotlotus.co.uk

 
Forever Hot Yoga – Prestwich/Whitefield – Forever HOT YOGA and fitness studio – fab, friendly studio north of the city centre (15 mins on the tram going towards BURY)  They offer regular AND fab hot yoga classes.
FREEE yoga mats but NO showers at present – however we are told these are being fitted soon!! 
This is an excellent studio – very well run and a great space – the heating system is fab and hot (the way we like it). Good, roomy changing areas for men and women (separate). Good friendly reception and juices available. See the website for prices and booking. Presently you pay on arrival.
 

The Mill Studios – Bolton – NEW for 2020 (note: they do 26&2 !)

Bolton’s first dedicated space for Hot Yoga, Yoga, Pilates, Yoga Teacher Trainings & more…….Two separate contemporary yet non-pretentious studio spaces allowing you to be inspired to improve your physical, emotional and spiritual self. ​

Both studios offer a range of classes and workshops to meet your needs and ability, from beginners through to advanced, pregnancy, postnatal, and one to one sessions.

Evolve Hot Yoga – Bury – Evolve Hot Yoga Studio Bury – see above – just 20
mins from Manchester on the tram (north) great for rehab after injury says website and offers a good high tech studio.
No 26:2 at present though but lots of fab HOT YOGA ! Showers? YES!
 
Hot Yoganic 40 – Ashton – Hot Yoganic – Hot yoga (variety)- may be handy if you live near. A lot of members really rave about this place. V nice studio space, juice bar and great vibe/teachers. Hot Flow class v good.

Yoga Loft – (Worsely – Salford) – Yogaloft Manchester Manchester free parking and run by former Bikram Manchester member Kevin Dennison… Kevin and his wife Theresa are incredible people and the most inspiring teachers. They offer Jiva Mukti yoga too as well as many other styles. They really teach from the heart and you will have a fantastic class.
